Senior Portrait Requirements
1. Senior portraits are due on or before Friday, October 19, 2012.
2. They must be in color, no black and white
3. The minimum resolution is 300 dpi (638 x 975 pixels minimum)
4. Pose must be formal; Tuxedos for gentleman, drapes for ladies
5. No props
6. No hats or bandanas
7. Soft-focus is not permitted
8. All photos must be submitted digitally. This helps us immensely!
Photos can be submitted two ways:
1. Senior portraits can be emailed to the yearbook advisor at jennifer.settar@cpschools.com. The student’s name and homeroom should be identified somewhere in the email.
2. Senior portraits can also be burned to a cd and dropped off in the school’s main office or delivered to room I01. The student’s name and homeroom should be written on the cd.
Absolutely no exceptions will be made to the above requirements. If your portrait does not meet any of the requirements, then you must supply another portrait, or else your portrait will not be included in the yearbook. This is so that we can guarantee a quality end product for everyone who purchases a yearbook.
Senior Baby Picture Info
All seniors who would like their baby picture featured in the “Then and Now” section of the yearbook, should submit their picture to the Yearbook staff by October 19th, 2012.
Bring the baby picture to room I01 during lunch or after school. All photos should include the student’s first and last name on the back. In addition, the student’s phone number and homeroom number should be included on the back of the photo.
Photos should be at least 3” x 5” in size. Anything smaller will not scan properly and will not be used. Additionally, please choose a photo that is not bent or scratched. These photos do not scan well.
Senior Statistics Sheets
If you would like your nickname, senior quote, and/or high schol activities you were involved in to be included beside your senior portrait, please fill out a senior statistics sheet. Senior statistics sheets can be picked up in room I01 during lunch or after school. Completed Stats sheets are due by Friday, October 19th.
